Mingas-Power Ltd., founded in August 2001, appears as a joint venture of Evonik Industries, incumbent upon which is the entrepreneurial leadership, and Harpen Joint-Stock Company, based in Dortmund, one of the power companies within the RWE group. Mingas-Power Ltd. utilises mine gas, which is extracted by suction from operating mines in North Rhine Westphalia, for the production of heat and power. |
